- How fast will my order be shipped?
Orders received before 11 a.m. PST will normally ship the same day and after 11 a.m. will ship the next business day. Orders may be shipped or one to three business days thereafter pending all items are in stock and credit approval. A business day is considered to be Monday through Friday, except holidays. All orders placed between 11 a.m. PST Friday, through Monday 11 a.m. PST will ship on Monday, pending availability and credit approval. Next day delivery orders placed on Friday after 11 a.m. PST and over the weekend will arrive on Tuesday.
- What method of shipping will be used?
Inside the continental U.S. we ship using United States Postal Service or FedEx. We use United States Postal Service or FedEx for most international shipments and United States Postal Service to Canada and APO addresses. We do not offer Saturday delivery through our website, but do contact us by phone if you would like to arrange that.
- Do you ship to a P. O. Box address?
We do not ship to PO Boxes.
- Do you ship to Hawaii, Alaska or Puerto Rico?
Shipments to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico will be shipped FedEx via 2-day air. All orders to these regions will be changed to reflect this additional cost if the chosen shipping method does not meet or exceed this standard.

- Why was a Delivery Surcharge applied to my order?
Because some large items are bulky and/or heavy, our cost to ship them is higher than for other items. Therefore, these large items have a Delivery Surcharge; this charge is listed in parentheses ($) after the item price and is in addition to regular Shipping charges, which are listed above.
Delivery Surcharge Item $10.00 will be added to shipping option.
- Why is my purchase on back-order?
In some cases, shipping may be postponed due to a lack of product availability. We will notify you if that is the case. Items that are on backorder will be shipped when they are received in stock.
- Returns & Exchanges - 30 Day Guarantee
We are proud of our APOTHIA collection and want you to be perfectly satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, return the unused item in its original condition within 30 days of receipt of merchandise for a full refund, less shipping costs.
Returns and exchanges are accepted on items that HAVE NOT BEEN USED AND IN ITS ORIGINAL CONDITION AND PACKAGING.
- How do I return an item?
Please contact APOTHIA before returning any merchandise to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Pack your merchandise in the original shipping box. Please write the RMA # in the upper right-hand corner of the packing slip, along with the return reason. Insure your package for the full value or the merchandise and return it to us using the delivery service of your choice. If we don't receive if, we cannot issue you a credit.
For speed and security, we recommend UPS or FedEx. Check your e-mail. We will notify you via e-mail once your return has been processed.

Insure your package for the full value or the merchandise. If we don't receive it we cannot issue you a credit.
- How do I exchange an item?
Please call Customer Service at 1-877-476-6762 to arrange for an exchange. Once we receive your item for exchange, we will send your new order at no additional shipping cost. You will receive an e-mail containing the shipment tracking number when your new order is shipped.
- How do I return a gift I received?
If you are returning a gift, please call Customer Service at 1-877-476- 6762. We can credit your APOTHIA account for a store credit.
- When will my credit appear on my account?
Once we receive your package, we will refund your credit card or Store Credit within five days. We will notify you via e-mail once your return has been processed. Please note that your financial institution may take approximately 7 business days to reflect this transaction.
- Will I receive a full refund?
You will receive a refund for the cost of the item and sales tax if applicable. Shipping fees are not refundable.
- Do you offer Gift Wrapping?
Yes! We offer gift wrapping for a fee of $4.95. Shipments are beautifully packaged in our signature boxes, with tissue paper and ribbon. You can provide a gift message at checkout.
- Can I include a Gift Card?
Personalize your gift by selecting the complimentary "gift card" option at checkout, even if you did not choose gift-wrapping.
- Do you have a Gift Receipt?
Prices will not appear on the gift recipient's packing slip. Should the recipient wish to exchange or return the item(s), the pricing information is encoded on the receipt for our reference
Pricing and Billing
- Do I have to pay sales tax?
We only charge sales tax on orders being shipped to California addresses. Sales tax is charged based on ship to address.
- I have a question on my charges.
Click the "My Account" link at the top right hand side of our site to review your orders. You may compare your order history on our website, with your financial records. If you have further questions or concerns, please contact customer service for further assistance.
- I need a copy of my receipt/invoice.
Click the "My Account" link at the top right hand side of our site to print invoices.
- When will my credit appear on my account?
Credits usually take 7-10 business days from the time we receive your item(s).
- When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged only when we ship your order.
- Secure Ordering
Protecting your online order information at APOTHIA is very important to us. In our shopping checkout process, we use Secure Socket Layering (SSL), the industry-standard encryption technology that ensures the safety and security of your online order. When the letters "http" in the URL address change to "https," the "s" indicates you are in a secure area employing SSL.
Making a credit card purchase is just as safe on our web site as it is by telephone. But if you prefer to order merchandise from the website by phone, our Customer Service Team is available at 1-877-476-6762 Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (PST). Our fax number is 1-310-815-0707.

Whenever you shop with APOTHIA (in our stores, online, or by phone) we obtain from you the information we need to complete your transaction. To improve our web site, we may collect non-personal information about how users navigate through the site.

Registering with APOTHIA will make your online shopping faster and easier. We can store your shipping addresses and billing information so that you don't have to enter them each time you shop. Your registered information will be securely stored with us, and you can add, delete, or change your registered information at any time using your password.

- Why register with APOTHIA?
Registering enables you to use our personalized features which make your shopping easier. Returning customers, who have already completed the registration process, can simply sign-in and their default shipping address will appear automatically in shipping screens when a purchase is made. Registered customers may access their existing account to reprint invoices, check on the status of orders and review their order history.

- How much is my shipping?
Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to edit your account information.Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.
- How do I sign-in to my existing account?
You may sign in to the site by clicking "My Account " from the navigation bar at the top of the page. You will also be prompted to sign-in when you attempt to access a feature (we do not require registration) that requires you to be registered, such as Checkout. When you select one of these features, you will be taken to a page where you can enter your email address and password to sign in.
- How do I modify billing and shipping Information?
To enter or modify billing or shipping settings, select "My Account" from the navigation bar at the top of the page. Once you sign in, you'll find your Account Management Screen. Under the Personal Info Category choose "Manage your shipping address" or "Manage your billing address" to modify.
Add/Modify/Delete Credit Card Information
To enter or modify billing or shipping settings, select "My Account" from the navigation bar at the top of the page. Once you sign in, you'll find your Account Management Screen. Under the Payment Settings Category, select the "Edit or delete a debit / credit card" option. To add a card, simply enter your card information. At the bottom you have the option to select this card as the default for easy check-out.
Select or Modify the Default Credit Card
To the right of your list of saved credit cards, use the Default Billing Card checkbox to designate which card you want to serve as your default-billing card. The default credit card information will appear automatically in the billing screens when you make a purchase. (You will still be able to manually choose other available cards from the pull-down menu.)
- How do I change my password?
Select "My Account" from the navigation bar at the top of the page. Once you sign in, you'll find your Account Management Screen. Under the Personal Settings Category select "Change my email address or password" to modify.
- What if I forgot my password?
If you are attempting to log into APOTHIA and cannot recall your password, select "Forget your password?" at the bottom of the Sign In screen. Type in the email address you used to sign up with us and your password will be emailed securely to you within minutes.
- Do you ship to my country?
Please create an account by clicking the "My Account" link at the top right hand side of our site. During signup we'll ask for your shipping address details including country. If your country is not in the dropdown menu of available countries, unfortunately we cannot ship to your country at this time.
- Will I have to pay custom duty charges?
Yes. The shipment insurance will be included in the charge we quote, however any existent custom's duties or local taxes charged by your country will be the customer's responsibility to pay as the shipment reaches your Customs office at the border.
- How much will shipping fees be?
Other than to Canada, for all international shipping we will contact you with the actual charge after your order has been placed with a shipping quote. We will ship after you have agreed to the charge. You may cancel your order if you choose at this time.
Canada shipments are via USPS Standard Priority Service and the fee is $20.95.
- What if I return my order?
Refused and returned packages retain not only the original shipping charge, but also incur additional return fees via the shipping company. Therefore we will only refund the cost of the product less the cost of this return-shipping fee.
- How do I buy/redeem a gift certificate?
When you purchase an online gift certificate we will automatically send an email to the recipient informing them of their gift and how to redeem it. Our Gift Certificates may be used on the APOTHIA.com website.
To redeem your gift certificate online simply type the gift certificate code at checkout where indicated. We will automatically use this gift certificate to pay for any purchases you make today or in the future. You can always check your gift certificate balance from your "My Account" page.
- How do I use a coupon?
After adding items to your cart, click the "View Cart" link at the top of this site to view your cart. At the bottom of the shopping cart you'll see a box where you may enter your coupon code.
