Frequently Asked Questions

Shipping is FREE on all US Domestic orders of $100 or more. A flat rate of $7 is charged on all domestic orders under $100.  

Protect your parcel and we’ll replace your lost or damaged order right away. We do not cover delivery to incorrect address or delays in transit.

We ship directly to most International countries.  Shipping cost will be calculated at checkout. Import taxes, duties, and VAT will be calculated at checkout and prepaid by the recipient.

Canadian recipients have the option to pay a flat rate shipping fee and are responsible for any Duties, Taxes, and VAT.

Apothia orders are processed, shipped, and delivered on business days: MondayFriday (excluding weekends and major holidays).  All domestic orders are shipped via FedEx or United States Postal Service. Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing and payment verification, and an additional 4-7 business days for delivery (total 7-10 days from order).   

All Canadian and other International orders can take up to 14-21 business days to arrive depending on the country. 

Samples are not eligible for return or exchange. If your samples are received broken, please reach out to customerservice@apothia.com with a photo to facilitate next steps.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. All returns and exchanges must be sent back unopened and in their original condition.  Sale discounts are final sale. If a return label is requested, the label cost will be deducted from refund. We will not be held responsible for any items that are lost during the return process unless a tracking number with proof of delivery is provided. All samples are final sale. 

Discount codes cannot be combined. Collaborations are not eligible for discounts. Some bundles are not eligible for further discounts.

There are times when tracking shows delivered but the package hasn’t arrived. Usually, the package will arrive in the following days. If you haven't received the package in 3 business days, please contact us at customerservice@apothia.com.

Some factors during transit are out of our control and damages happen.  If you received a damage or defective product please notify us immediately.  Further, proof of damage images are required to accompany your inquiry.

Subscribe & Save provides the opportunity to unlock up to 15% off selected products. You choose how often you want the item(s) delivered to you: from once every month to every four months. We will send you an activation email after you have subscribed to our service along with a reminder email 3 days before every delivery. 

To sign up, select the “Subscribe & Save” option instead of “One-time purchase.” Then, choose how often you would like the product(s) delivered to you by selecting the “Delivery every” dropdown tab before adding the product(s) to your cart. 

There are no obligations; you can cancel, skip, or update your subscription anytime. After your subscription has been activated, log into your account to keep track of your subscription(s) or to make any changes.
